Q: - I placed an online order with Indulge Cigars/Teas in the past. Is my credit card information stored on file?
A: - No. Although practical, databasing this type of info could put the consumer at risk. Many online retailers utilize a system which offers returning customers a faster checkout process by storing their credit card information for future orders. We feel this convenience is not worth the potential security risks.

Q: - Is it necessary to "create an account" to place an order? What information is stored in my "User Account"?
A: - No. It is not necessary to register before placing an order. However, we do encourage customers to create a user account if they wish to be added to our newsletter or plan on making orders in the future. Our Customer Accounts will safely store your email, phone number and shipping address. Credit card numbers are NEVER stored on our website.

Q: - Why do you need my email address to place an order?

A: - An email address is required so we may provide order confirmations and shipping status information. Customers choosing USPS Priority or Express Mail as their desired shipping method will receive detailed tracking information and a link to the USPS website via their email.

Return / Refund Policy


Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives for a return authorization claim number. All claims MUST be made within 3 days of receipt of order.

Q: - I placed an order and received my items in good condition but wish to return part or all of the order, may I get a refund?
A: - Yes. If within 3 days you are not satisfied with a purchase, you may return the merchandise for a refund less shipping and handling costs. We understand that it's easy for customers to buy more than their humidors or tea chests can accommodate. Simply call our toll free number and let us know your situation so we may assist you in the return process.
Q: - Can you change an order placed online?
A: - Once an online order has been submitted, it cannot be changed. However, our Customer Service Department may be able to cancel the order and allow you to resubmit it. Or they can place an order for you, making the necessary changes. The time between the submittal and the packing of the order is extremely limited; be sure to contact Customer Service as soon as possible. We can be reached at: 1-877-934-6385.

Damaged Items
Indulge Cigars & Tea will replace any items that arrive in unsatisfactory physical condition (i.e. dry or damaged cigars). We can replace most items with an exact duplicate or at least one of equal or comparable value.

All costs incurred for return shipping are the responsibility of the customer unless we ship you the wrong item(s). If you have received any free gift along with the purchased product, it must be returned too.

Q: - My cigars aren't damaged, but they taste and feel a little dry. Should I send them back?
A: - Yes and no. If by some rare occurrence you're cigars are dried out, please call us (toll-free) and let us know. Although we store all of our cigars at a proper temperature and humidity level, it's still possible for a manufacturer to drop the ball. Before you pack up and send back those cigars, you should take into account how resilient a cigar can be. After sitting for one or two weeks in your humidor, those cigars will bounce back to life. Nonetheless, we will be happy to exchange any cigars you feel are dried out.

Additional Payment Options

In addition to major credit cards, we accept U.S. Postal Money Orders and personal checks. Personal checks will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.

Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for shipping of your merchandise if paid by personal check. To order by check, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then mail the form to the address below.
